- The story is about grief, being bullied, making friends, standing up for friends, and making costly mistake.
- I do like the book, but, did the tiger have to die? I understand the boy needs to make mistake and gets over his grief, but ... the tiger is

Anime:
- Giant Killing: 22-26:
- Watch on Crunchy Roll.
- The ending isn't really the end since the manga is on-going with 24 volumes! I do want to know how the team continues to get better. But seeing that Whistle! didn't do well for Viz, it's unlikely that this one will get licensed!
